This textbook is meant to guide you and your students through the process of conceptualizing, starting and running a business. It is not all-inclusive of every business concept; however, it is sufficiently packed with the basics of understanding of what and how to do. Your job will be to assess where your students are mentally and spiritually before beginning this process. I recommend that as a precursor to this program, you begin instruction with A Very Present Help by Dr. Candace Jones. Ensuring that your students are mentally and spiritually ready for the self-advocacy and the self-promotion required for stewarding a company prior to delving into this book will set them up for success. Your students will need a solid foundation in good self-esteem in order to put themselves out there, so to speak. They will need a level of confidence and an understanding of who they are in God so that they can walk in victory throughout this process.

Finding Success in Reading: Phonics Plus has been specially formulated to transition a child from nonreader status to a reader. EES Success Academy is a nontraditional learning community. We do not teach reading as it is done in traditional settings. Very little of what we do is done in traditional education settings. In most cases, this is why we are successful. There is nothing normal, canned or usual about our approach to educating students. If you desire to have successful readers and effective communicators, this is the reading program for your students. Finding Success in Algebra 1 is step three in the EES Success Academy mathematics program. There are two prerequisites to this course. Students must master the first two courses before beginning this one. This Algebra 1 course is a prerequisite to College algebra and other mathematics. The Finding Success in Mathematics program is specially formulated to ensure students are solid in the foundations of mathematics before moving on to more complex topics.

Finding Success in Mathematics: The Essentials is a complete foundational program for grades 4-12 depending upon each student’s mastery of the prerequisite course. The mandatory prerequisite for Finding Success in Mathematics: The Essentials, is Finding Success in Mathematics: The Operations. Students must successfully master that course in order to begin this one. ths course takes students through all of the essental mathematical skills and concepts that students in grades 4-8 should master

Finding Success in Mathematics: The Operations is a complete foundational program for grades 2-8. This is course one in the Expanded Educational Services Success Academy mathematics program. Students must successfully master this course in order to begin the next ones: The Essentials and Algebra 1. After the successful mastery of these three courses, students are ready to begin College math courses.

Vocabulary is an essential part of your personal development. One of the best ways to showcase your level of intelligence is with the level of words that you use. If you are older than 10 and are routinely using the same words you used when you were 3, that's unacceptable. Your vocabulary must increase with your age. Have no fear though, EES Success Academy's specialized vocabulary system, Finding Success in Vocabulary: Level 3 will have your personal vocabulary up to par in no time. It is a unique strategy that is specially formulated to ensure that each student's vocabulary increases throughout the school year. The names of God are important to know.  It's also important to know how to use the names of God.  It's simple:  whatever you call our great God is how He shows up in your life.  Know without a shadow of a doubt, that just as He said in Hebrews 13:5, “I will never leave you nor forsake you,” He will be there for you now and always.  Familiarize yourself with His marvelous names and call Him what you need!  He will answer you!
